    I’ve really enjoyed reading your blog and look forward to more posts as the adventure continues. Great that you’ve had your offer accepted. So, what facts and features ended up giving you the best composite score tempting you to initially make an offer on your chosen Bayliner?

    Having had a good gander at the picture, it looks like the captain (you!), has an amazing vantage point as he surveys the stretches of water around him.

    I look forward with great anticipation to read about your Bayliner’s detailed specifications and features. How old is it? How many owners?

    I really did enjoy your post describing the first time recently when you took the yacht out on your own for the first time ever. Now this, as you eluded to your readers, did suprise me, however it’s great to know that my uncle accepts that old dogs can learn new tricks! Your lesson here made me think about current activities in my life and I totally agree with the post’s philosopy of ‘When was the last time you did something for the first time.’ Very inspiring indeed.

    Hope things continue on the current upward looking path and I’ll check back here every now and then to get my next fix reading about your and Mary’s great adventure.
