Well, today we had our first “open home” and according to the real estate agent, there were 15 parties through the house!! Of course we had taken ourselves of for a nice peaceful lunch at Altura in Albany. We are sure that a large number of these would have been all our nosy 
neighbours.
The marketing program started this week with listing on the website – Listing - as well as a full page listing in the Property Press. Marketing will continue for the next 4 weeks and then the property will be sold by auction on 14 August.
Just had a call from the agent who said there was only one neighbour!! So hopefully the interest continues high!!!
